Upon purchase of a KoBo Ink product, the buyer understands the handmade nature of linocut printmaking ensures that no two prints are ever exactly the same. However, KoBo Printmaking strives to create consistent products that match the image on the website.
**1. Returns and Refunds:**
- Timeframe: You may return your handmade linocut printmaking card within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Condition: The card must be returned in its original condition, without any damage or alterations, to be eligible for a refund.

- Processing: If the card is in its original condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
